What can a dentist do for a loose tooth?

Each circumstance is individual to each patient and no two loose teeth are the same.

Sometimes a very loose tooth may require extracting. Then the space with the tooth was may be filled using a denture/implant or a type of bridge. Other times it can be splinted to the surrounding teeth it may require some deep scaling and polishing. Having the tooth examined within a week or so is important to help prevent further issues or pain.
